June 1, 2009 Lincoln NH Indian Head Resort announces the 2009 summer season opening of the Profile Dining Room by welcoming award winning Executive Chef Adam Parker.  Adam is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has worked at The Club at Admiral's Cove and the Breaker's Resort in Palm Beach, Fl.  Chef Parker is looking forward to enhancing and expanding Indian Head Resort’s reputation for fine food in a relaxed family atmosphere.  New Lunch and Dinner Menus just posted!
