All rooms on this level include: two double beds, a refrigerator, phone, air conditioner and color cable TV with FREE HBO®.
Other Comments: These rooms are the closest rooms to Shadow Lake, Nature Trails and the Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Hot Spas and Game Room area. There are no steps between parking (right outside the room) and the room. The rooms face Shadow Lake and the Franconia Notch mountain ranges. For covered access to the Restaurant, Lounge, Lobby and Gift Shop, you must either go up two flights of stairs or drive around to the front entrance. These rooms are very close to the coin operated Guest Laundry, which is up one flight of stairs. In the winter, these rooms are very popular with Snowmobilers because they can park their trailers and sleds right outside the room. To access the tennis courts, you must walk across the street (Route 3).
