COVID-19

Hello all of our valued guests, friends and family! 

 

We kindly ask that everyone take a moment to read all of our expectations, guidelines, and information regarding COVID-19 before visiting us. The health and safety of our guests and employees is absolutely essential and we thank you in advance for taking the time to read this information and for your understanding during this uncertain time. 

To prevent over-crowding and to keep non-registered guests from using our facilities, all guests will be required to wear wristbands during their entire stay. No exceptions. Failure to wear your wristband will result in removal from the amenities. 

If you do not feel well or are experiencing any symptoms, even mild symptoms, of COVID-19, please stay home and visit us when you are feeling better

What to Expect from Us:

  • Sanitization of common touch points including but not limited to: door knobs, light switches, railings, and public seating every 2 hours. 

  • We will be wearing masks when interacting with guests and when within 6 feet of one another. 

  • We will be practicing social distancing among each other and our guests whenever possible.

  • We are taking and recording our temperatures before every shift.

  • All employees have been advised to stay home if they feel sick, even with mild symptoms, and we encourage you and your party to do the same.

Guest Expectations:

  • Please, stay home if you feel sick, have experienced symptoms of COVID-19, have come in to contact with someone who has COVID-19 and visit when you feel better.

  • All guests are asked to practice social distancing by staying at least 6 feet away from anyone not in their party at all times.

  • Only one party in the elevator at a time.

  • We ask that our guests wear masks in public areas, when within 6 feet of anyone not in their party, while interacting with our employees, and during curbside check in and pick up.

    • If you need a mask, please ask our Front Desk for one​.

  • Guests will be given wristbands to wear during the entire duration of their stay. Anyone who is not wearing a wristband will be denied entry to our facilities​ and will be asked to leave.

Front Desk/Curbside Check In & Check Out:

  • Upon arrival, you have the option to stay in your car and call the front desk at 800-343-8000 or 603-745-8000 to let them know you have arrived and would like curb-side check in OR ONE PERSON from your party may enter the lobby with a mask on to check in.

    • If you choose curbside check-in, once the front desk agent has all of your information, they will run your keys, registration card for you to sign, wristbands and other documents to your car.

  • Please confirm with the front desk agent how many people are in your party so they can provide the correct number of wristbands.
    • Wristbands are not optional - failure to wear wristband will result in denial of entry to facilities​.
  • To check out, you may leave your keys in the drop box in the lobby foyer - an automatic $25 per key charge will be charged for missing cabin, bungalow and house keys.

  • If you have any questions during your stay or before checking in or out please call the front desk.

Amenities:

  • Pools & Hot Tubs are OPEN.

    • Please practice proper social distancing​.

    • Masks required when walking to the bathrooms or through the main building.

    • Hot tubs are limited to one party at a time with a 10 minute max - please respect that others may be waiting to use the facilities.

    • Pool towels are in your room. If you need more, please ask the Front Desk. Towels missing from your room upon check out are subject to a $25 fee.

  • Fishing, Pedal Boats, Tower and Tennis Courts are open; please bring your own equipment.

  • On-site and local recreation guide available here

  • The Arcade is open with a maximum capacity of 6 people. Masks required.

  • The Fitness Room is open with a maximum capacity of 3 people. 

Housekeeping:

  • Housekeeping service will be available every 3 days during your stay.

  • Additional linens or amenities are available upon request, please call the Front Desk.

  • Maintenance requests will be taken care of promptly, but we ask that you and your party vacate the room while the request is being fulfilled.

    • If it is not possible to vacate the room, or you would like to stay in the room during the repair, we ask that you please wear a mask and practice proper social distancing from the employee.

  • Housekeeping will be wearing masks while cleaning rooms.

  • Rooms will be properly sanitized and disinfected after each reservation.

  • All linens and towels will be replaced after each reservation.

  • Shower curtains will be sanitized after each reservation.

Profile Dining Room :

  • The Profile Room has flexible hours. Please give us a call for specific hours during your stay.

  • Please note that the dining room may be operating as take-out only. Please give us a call 

  • ​We ask that our guests wear a mask when indoors walking about the restaurant (when being sat or walking to the bathroom).

  • Take out and curbside pick up are available.

    • Orders must be paid in full before pick up or delivery - credit card transactions only​.

  • Our Meal Plan will not be offered until further notice.

Gift Shop:

  • Our Gift Shop is open upon request only - masks required.

  • Curbside pickup for Gift Shop orders is available free of charge - please shop our online selection here.

  • If there is a specific item you want to buy but it is not online, please email giftshop@indianheadresort.com or call 603-745-8000 and we will do our best to get it for you.

  • Gift Shop orders must be paid in full before pickup - credit card transactions only.

We understand this is a lot of information to take in, but we must ensure a safe, healthy and happy stay for all our guests and employees. The Indian Head Resort is a home away from home for many; we trust that all guests will respect our guidelines to allow everyone a safe and comfortable getaway.
