EXPECTATIONS, GUIDELINES, & INFORMATION
We kindly ask that you take a moment to read all of our expectations, guidelines, and information regarding COVID-19 before visiting us. The health and safety of our guests and employees is absolutely essential and we thank you in advance for taking the time to read this information and for your understanding during this uncertain time.
We are kindly asking that all guests who have symptoms, even mild symptoms, of COVID-19 stay home and visit us again when they are feeling better.
We require all persons over the age of 2 to wear a mask in all public areas.
What to Expect from Us:
Air purification filters have been installed in our main building to ensure clean air is constantly being circulated.
We will be wearing masks when interacting with guests and when within 6 feet of one another.
We will be practicing social distancing among each other and our guests whenever possible.
Sanitization of common touch points including but not limited to: door knobs, light switches, railings, and public seating.
We have been taking and recording our temperatures before every shift.
All employees have been advised to stay home if they feel sick, even with mild symptoms, and we encourage you and your party to do the same.
What We Expect from You:
Guests are asked to practice proper social distancing.
Masks and/or face coverings are required in public areas at all times.
One party in the elevator at a time.
If you need a mask, our Front Desk will happily give you one.
We require all guests wear a wristband during the entire duration of their stay. Anyone using the amenities without a wristband will be asked to leave.
Front Desk/Curbside Check In & Check Out:
Upon arrival, you have the option to stay in your car and call the front desk at 800-343-8000 to let them know you would like
curb-side check in OR ONE PERSON from your party may enter the lobby with a mask on to check in.
Please confirm with the front desk agent how many people are in your party so they can provide the correct number of wristbands.
Wristbands are not optional - failure to wear wristband will result in denial of entry to facilities. People not staying here cannot receive a wristband.
To check out, you may leave your keys in the drop box in the lobby foyer - an automatic $25 per key charge will be charged for missing cabin, bungalow and house keys.
If you have any questions during your stay or before checking in or out please call the front desk.
Hot tubs are limited to one party at a time with a 15 minute limit - to ensure all guests have a chance to enjoy, Hot Tub Reservations are available Fridays from 3 pm - Sundays at 12 pm. One reservation per party, per day.
Reservations are not required, but strongly recommended to ensure your party gets priority during your desired time.

Pool towels are in your room. You are responsible for those towels and will be charged $25 per towel if they are not in your room upon check-out.
Additional towels available at the Front Desk.
To abide by the orders of the State of New Hampshire, we have limited the amount of tables and chairs at the pool area and ask that furniture is not moved.
Please practice proper social distancing while enjoying the amenities.
You do not need to wear a mask when relaxing by the pools, but masks are required when walking to the bathrooms or through the main building.
Fishing & Tennis Courts require your own equipment.
The Arcade is open with a 6 person maximum capacity - masks required.
The Fitness Room is open with a 3 person maximum capacity - please properly sanitize all equipment immediately after use.
Housekeeping will not be servicing rooms.
Linens, towels and amenities are available upon request. Please dial 0 to call the Front Desk.
Maintenance requests will be taken care of promptly, but we do ask that you and your party vacate the room while the request is being fulfilled.
If vacating the room is not possible or you would prefer to be there, please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
The Profile Room & Thunderbird Lounge:
The Profile Room has flexible hours. Please give us a call for specific hours during your stay.
Please note that the dining room may be operating as take-out only.
We will not have live entertainment until further notice.
Take out and curbside pick up are available. Orders must be paid in full before pick up or delivery - credit card transactions only.
Our Meal Plan will not be offered until further notice.
Masks are required for all persons entering the Gift Shop - including children.
You will be required to sanitize your hands upon entry.
Weddings & Events:
Weddings and events are currently operating at half of our venue's capacity.
Masks are required during all events.
Please contact your wedding or event coordinator for more information.
We have a variety of specials and packages throughout the winter season. Please keep in mind that these specials and their inclusions will be a little different than years past. Please check back at this page for updates to different specials.
We understand this is a lot of information to take in, but we must ensure a safe, healthy and happy stay for all our guests and employees. The Indian Head Resort is a home away from home for many; we trust that all guests will respect our guidelines to allow everyone a safe and comfortable getaway.
