Our updates, precautions, expectations and procedures

Hello to all of our valued guests, friends and family! As we begin the first stages of re-opening the resort, we kindly ask that everyone take a moment to read all of our updates, precautions, guest expectations and procedures before visiting us.

The health and safety of our guests and employees is absolutely essential and we thank you in advance for taking the time to read this statement and for your understanding during this uncertain time. 

In accordance with the New Hampshire Governor's (Governor Sununu) updated stay-at-home order, we will be opening up our Cabins, Bungalows and Houses to New Hampshire Residents only until further notice.

We ask that if you are not a New Hampshire resident, please do not try to make a reservation.


Guests arriving at the resort with an out of state ID or license plate will be denied access to the facilities and may be subject to losing their deposit. 

Our main building and lobby will be CLOSED to all guests.

Our Pools, Pedal Boats and the Tower are CLOSED until further notice


Fishing and Tennis Courts are open, please bring your own equipment. On-site and local recreation guide available here.

The Front Desk will be open from 7:30 am - 9 pm daily. Please schedule your arrival and departure during this time.

Guest Expectations:

  • All guests are required to practice social distancing by staying 6 feet away from anyone not in your party at all times 

  • Guests must wear masks in public areas, while interacting with our employees and during curbside check in and pick up 

  • Guests will be given WRISTBANDS to wear during the entire duration of their stay 

    • Failure to wear wristband will result in denial of entry to facilities​

  • Guests from other hotels or lodging in the area are not welcome on the property and will be asked to leave

  • As always, facilities are for registered guests only

Curbside Check-In:

​Please read this THOROUGHLY so you know what to do when you arrive to check in:

  • Upon arrival, STAY IN YOUR CAR and call the front desk at 800-343-8000 or 603-745-8000 to let them know you have arrived to check in

  • Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking or at check in 

  • Please confirm with the front desk agent how many people are in your party so they can provide the correct number of wristbands

    • Wristbands are not optional - failure to wear wristband will result in denial of entry to facilities​

  • Once the front desk agent has all of your information, they will run your keys, registration card for you to sign, wristbands and other documents to your car

  • A valid NEW HAMPSHIRE ID must be presented when the agent comes to your car or you will be denied access to the property

  • To check out, leave your keys in the drop box in the lobby foyer - an automatic $25 per key charge will be charged for missing keys

  • If you have any questions before checking out please CALL the front desk

Profile Dining Room:

The Profile Room will be serving take out with curbside pickup only, but guests are welcome to take their meals to our new deck or by the lake to eat. We do require that all guests clean up their own trash and leave nothing behind. 

  • The Profile Room will be serving take out food and drinks with curbside pick up

  • Orders must be paid in full before pick up or delivery - credit card transactions only

  • An automatic gratuity of %18 will be added to all orders - if you would like to add an additional tip please mention it while ordering

  • Check out our limited menu here

  • Our Meal Plan will not be offered until further notice

Gift Shop:

  • Our Gift Shop is currently CLOSED for in-person visits until further notice

  • Please shop our ONLINE GIFT SHOP here

  • Curbside pickup for Gift Shop orders is available free of charge 

  • If there is a specific item you want to buy but it is not online, please email or call 603-745-8000 and we will do our best to get it for you

  • Gift Shop orders must be paid in full before pickup - credit card transactions only

We understand there is a lot of information here to take in, but we must ensure a safe, healthy and happy stay for all our guests and employees.

The Indian Head Resort is a home away from home for many; please follow our guidelines to allow all guests a safe and comfortable experience.
