The Indian Head Resort is looking for an enthusiastic server to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips.

​

Preference for PM servers who can work lunch and dinner shifts.
 

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks

• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

• Stock server areas

• Perform prep and end of night work

 

Requirements

• MUST be able to work nights and weekends

• Must be able to work on holidays such as Thanksgiving, Easter, and New Year's and school vacation weeks

• Must be willing and able to follow bartending and serving protocol and regulations

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Relevant training certificate preferred, but not required
