Please email before mailing your return and for all return inquiries. 

The Front Desk is not responsible for returns or return inquiries.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Packages must be post marked within the 30 days following delivery or are subject to denial. 

  • Shipping is not included in returns.

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

  • Products must be returned in new condition - unworn, unused, unwashed, have the original tags and/or packaging still attached with no damages and include the original receipt. Once we receive the product it will be inspected and a refund or store credit will be issued. 

  • Items returned with obvious use may be subject to denial. 

  • We will not accept damaged returns. If item is delivered damaged it will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping fees. 

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

    • Final sale items may include but are not limited to: all edible/food products and face coverings.


Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return your item and place a new order. 

If your product has been damaged during shipping, please email within 48 hours of receiving your product with photos and a description of the damage. Your inquiry will be assessed and if applicable, a new product will be sent to you. 

If you received the wrong item, please email within 48 hours of receiving your product and we will give you instructions to mail the product back to us. Once we receive the mistake item, we will mail you the original within 7 business days.
