For the safety of our guests and staff, we are not accepting Gift Shop returns at this time. All items are final sale.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return your item and place a new order.
If your product has been damaged during shipping, please email within 48 hours of receiving your product with photos and a description of the damage. Your inquiry will be assessed and if applicable, a new product will be sent to you.
If you received the wrong item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your product and we will give you instructions to mail the product back to us. Once we receive the mistake item, we will mail you the original within 7 business days.
