Package Rate: $320+ tax per person, 2+ occupancy; $420+ tax single occupancy General terms: All guests must be 21 years or older to attend. Tax is not included in this package. Psychic Fair (referred to as “package”) is subject to change and availability. Package cannot be combined with other offers. Package pricing is per person, not per room. Full payment for the entire party is due at the time of booking. No rooms will be held without full payment. We will do our best to accommodate guest requests, however, please note that requests are on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, room numbers cannot be changed at check-in. Guests will receive a confirmation email once their reservation has been manually confirmed. Guests have until two (2) weeks prior to the arrival date to make any changes to their reservation. Guest Information: All roommate names must be provided at the time of booking. If you plan on having a roommate but are unsure of who yet, please book for the applicable number of people and let us know their name once you have it. Rooms will not be held without full payment. Guests have until two (2) weeks prior to the arrival date to provide us a roommate name. After that point, reservations will be changed to a single, at the $420 plus tax rate. Group Bookings: Please create a Group Name for your group. Each individual room must be booked separately, with the Group Name provided at booking. All reservations within a group must be paid for at the time of booking. Rooms will not be held without payment. We will do our best to ensure all reservations booked within a group are near each other, but we cannot guarantee any room numbers or specific locations. We suggest that groups book early to ensure their rooming requests are at the top of the list. Cancellations: Cancellations made within one (1) month of arrival date will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of arrival are non-refundable. No refunds on unused dining credits or psychic readings. Dining credits and psychic readings are non-transferable and are only valid for the dates booked, they cannot be used at future events. Reservations made within two weeks of arrival date are non-refundable.
