We are looking for a self-sufficient, quick thinking, fast-paced and adaptable person to join our Kitchen staff as a Line Cook. If you work well under pressure, have solid culinary skills and are open to trying new dishes, you will be a great fit!
Pay negotiable with experience.
We are only open Friday and Saturday nights. This is a Part-time position with 16-20 hours per week. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
We plan on opening daily Memorial Day Weekend. We are looking for someone to start now and continue through the summer.
As a Line Cook you will:
Be responsible for cooking all food on our menu
Coming up with possible new menu ideas
Respectfully interacting with fellow kitchen staff and waitstaff
Handling daily kitchen tasks
Be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, food preparation areas, and food storage areas
Experience working in a kitchen required
Experience working as a line cook required
Culinary school education preferred, but not required
Must be able to work nights and weekends
Weekends and Nights Required
We are only open Friday and Saturday nights until Memorial Day Weekend, which will then turn into full-time employment.
