We are seeking friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented AM Server/Manager on Duty (MOD) to join our breakfast team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional professional, yet friendly service to our guests in a fast-paced dining environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and being the manager on duty two days per week. Some lunch shifts required.
Responsibilities:
Perform restaurant setup and prep work prior to shift
Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) two days per week (at minimum, when required)
Take orders and serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns
Clear tables, reset for next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Setup and maintain buffets when necessary
Process payments using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
Assist with special requests, dietary restrictions, and provide menu recommendations
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even during busy times
Prepare the dining area for the next shift by restocking supplies and cleaning stations
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a server in a restaurant
Prior experience as restaurant manager or MOD preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Team player with a positive attitude
Breakfast shifts require early mornings and weekends
Ability to work occasional lunch shifts a huge plus
Preference to those who are able to work on holidays such as Thanksgiving, Easter, Mother's Day and New Year's Eve and Day and school vacation weeks
