We are seeking a Restaurant Busser to join our team. In this position, you’ll clean up tables in the dining room, assist the dishwasher in the kitchen, and ensure the dining room is always in an exceptionally cleanly condition. Breakfast and dinner shifts are available, with the ability to work lunch shifts.
Responsibilities:
Clearing dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables
Wiping down and resetting tables with fresh linens, silverware, and condiments
Sweeping under tables and ensuring the dining area remains tidy
Refilling water glasses and assisting servers as needed
Delivering bread, butter, or other table essentials
Assisting with carrying food to tables if required
Restocking server stations with napkins, silverware, and condiments
Refilling water pitchers and beverage stations
Ensuring clean dishes, glasses, and utensils are available for service
Running food orders to tables when needed
Communicating with servers about table turnover and guest needs
Assisting in keeping the kitchen and service areas clean and organized
Helping to break down and clean dining areas
Taking out trash
Preparing tables and stations for the next service
Qualifications:
No experience is necessary - this is the perfect position for a student looking for a summer job or weekend work throughout the year!
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Team player with a positive attitude
Breakfast shifts require early mornings and weekends
Dinner shifts require late nights and weekends
Ability to work occasional lunch shifts a huge plus
Weekends required
