These cottages are located on the Notchview side of the resort, directly across from our Notchview Building, on Brook Row. They offer a rustic, camping experience and are smaller than the average resort room. The only source of heat comes from the propane fireplace in the living room, making these cottages chilly on cool nights and only available to rent during the summer. An air conditioning unit is located in the living room.

If you have never stayed in one of our cottages, we encourage you to book a resort room for your stay, and tour one to see if it is right for your next visit.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check In: 4 PM - Check in time may vary. 4 PM is not guaranteed. Early check-in is not guaranteed. Check Out: 11 AM - Late check-out available until 12 pm While it is our sincere hope to get all guests checked-in by 4 PM, we are experiencing longer than normal wait times for check-in. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • Pet Policy
    We are a pet-free facility. Pets are not allowed in any accommodation or anywhere on the property.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the date of arrival for a full refund for the deposit. Please call to cancel or modify your reservation. We do not accept cancellations or changes via email or inquiry.
  • Parking
    Parking in our lot is free to all visitors, but a (free) parking permit is required for overnight guests.
  • Wristband Policy
    The use of all amenities including Shadow Lake and our pools are for registered, overnight guests only. Wristbands are required to use the facilities.
  • Smoking Policy
    We are a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted in any room, on any balcony or porch, or on any corridor. Those who smoke in their rooms or on the balconies are subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
  • Do you sell day passes to non-registered guests to use the pool and other amenities?
    No. Our amenities are for registered, overnight guests only.
  • How old do you have to be to rent a room?
    Guests must be 21+ to reserve a room at Indian Head Resort. A valid ID is required at check-in.
  • Do you have guest laundry facilities?
    Yes, we have a coin operated laundry facility available on site.
